It depends on the recording. A clear solo piano, voice or single instrument transcribes best; a dense mix with drums and lots of reverb is harder. You choose how deep it listens: a quick pass for melody and harmony, or a slower layer-by-layer analysis that separates the parts. Every note can be corrected in the editor afterwards.
